My five stars are a serious shoutout to the ridiculously friendly staff. Food was very good, basic German cooking, not excessively fancy but you don’t have to leave hungry. Atmosphere inside was okay, but the temperature was humid and hot. Outdoor seating is fantastic, if weather permits. Probably the best restaurant in the area.

Overall we had a lovely dinner, altough the spare ribs were a bit of a dissapointment. Home made alcohol free cocktail was very good! The staff was very kind. Beautyful place to sit outside, make sure you make reservations first.

Wir waren mit Freunden am Valentinstag da. Wir hatten das Valentismenü. Es war sehr gut. Lob an die Küche und an den Service. Wir hatten einen Hund dabei.Das war gar kein Problem . Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Abend.

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal bei Emil zum Essen und es hat uns wieder erstklassig gefallen. Das Essen war lecker, der Service super freundlich und das Ambiente einfach gemütlich. Die Portionen sind ordentlich, die Preise eher gehoben. Aber es lohnt sich!

Wie waren am Sonntag dort...viele hatten Gans auf dem Programm...mit Knödel und Kraut...es sah sehr lecker aus....die Gans war sehr gut gewürzt...das Kraut und die Knödel ebenfalls....aber was dann kam, war die Soße...dafür gibt es ein paar Abzüge....schade, so ein tolles Essen und dann sowas...gibt es bei soviel Gans nicht auch eine tolle Soße? Empfehlung an den Küchenchef mal drüber nachdenken. Ja stimmt...ich hatte mich geirrt...es war samstags...
